  • Yoga

    Yoga is more than a physical asana practice, it is a journey of the self to the self. Marina offers bespoke, private yoga sessions, both in person and remotely. She has been a personal practitioner of yoga for over 20 years and has been teaching 1:1 and group classes since 2016.

  • Sound Bath

    A guided meditation accompanied with crystal singing bowls, a selection of other instruments, and gentle background music. Using the healing powers of sound, it invites the opportunity for deep rest. Marina offers 1:1 and group sound bath sessions.

  • Meditation

    Meditation is a practice to notice your thoughts and to notice any physical sensations or emotions that arise. The intention is not to quiet the mind but to bring our awareness to it. When we begin to notice our thoughts and practice letting them pass without attaching ourselves to them, then the mind begins to quiet. Marina offers 1:1 and group guided meditation sessions.
